The ‘Castrum Tetel’ research project has been established to run for several years with the cooperation of several institutions and private persons. Besides the results of the explorations and interdisciplinary research, the aim of the projects planned for the near future is outlined. “I envisage a triple goal: the designation of the Tételhegyi Tanúhegy nature protection area as part of the Kiskunság National Park; the establishment of a National Historic Memorial Place, based on the findings discovered in the excavations and the written sources; and the foundation of a new public collection, the Bóna István Museum, with the aim of displaying the heritage of local historical and regional significance.”
